About me

Mrs Geraldine Heimburger holds a master’s degree and a Higher Diploma in Notarial Law from Aix Marseille University. With over two decades of experience in the notarial profession in France, she has developed her expertise in real estate law, loans and securities, family law, and corporate law. After joining CRIDON Lyon, a renowned notarial advisory organization, she specialized in Family Law, focusing on marriage contracts, divorce, estate planning, and inheritance agreements. Her role involved providing solutions to complex legal issues faced by notarial firms and delivering specialized training to notaries. Upon relocating to the United Arab Emirates, she shared her knowledge by teaching Civil Law at Sorbonne Abu Dhabi for five academic years. She then joined Astruc & Co., where she continues to bring her legal expertise and commitment to solving challenging legal matters to an international audience. She is fluent in French and English.
