About me
Responsible for managing the legal framework of banking institutions, I bring a holistic approach to corporate advisory and contract negotiations which focuses on the practical implementation of lending policies, execution of corporate credit controls and support of the business units.
From my exposure to international financing requirements in Europe, the Gulf and broader Middle East (France, UAE, Qatar, Lebanon), I work proactively to defend an organization's best interests while enabling operational cross-border, and strategic matters to proceed successfully and efficiently.
Internally, I lead my department to collaborate across business channels to develop a legal rubric which contributes to an institution's growing presence in a manner that observes and responds to continually evolving regulations, such as compliance and data protection.
Where an adverse event has occurred, I am a problem solver, evaluating and recommending responses that facilitate the convergence of viewpoints towards an agreement that secures my litigant.
I have shared my education and experience in engagements as Training Consultant, Speaker in business forums and have supported entrepreneurs with pragmatic legal solutions that are cognizant of commercial perspectives.
Fluent in English, French, Arabic and Armenian. I practice Japanese Ki-Aikido and Filipino Kali.
