Termination of Employment – Advisory and out of Court Proceedings
If you are facing termination, this service provides you with immediate advisory on your legal rights. We assess the situation for any signs of arbitrary dismissal, calculate your full end-of-service entitlements, and represent you in direct negotiations with your employer to secure a fair and favorable exit settlement package without resorting to court action.
Scope of work
- Conduct an immediate consultation to review the circumstances of the termination.
- Provide a clear assessment of the employee’s legal position and potential claims (e.g., arbitrary dismissal).
- Calculate the full and correct end-of-service entitlements.
- Represent the employee in direct, strategic negotiations with the employer to secure a fair settlement agreement.

Termination of Employment – Advisory and Court Proceedings
When an employer refuses to provide a fair settlement, we provide vigorous legal representation in formal proceedings. We file your case with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and represent you in the Labour Courts. Our goal is to fight for your full entitlements and seek compensation for arbitrary dismissal.
Scope of work
- Draft and file a formal labor complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).
- Represent the employee during any mandatory mediation sessions at MOHRE.
- If unresolved, file the case with the Labour Courts and provide vigorous representation during all hearings.
- Manage the case with the goal of securing a judgment for full entitlements and compensation.
Deliverables
- A filed labor complaint with MOHRE and the Labour Courts.
- Full legal representation throughout all formal proceedings.
Pricing
- AED 25,000 to AED 250,000 plus success fee (Hourly rate and/or Fixed Fee and/or Success Fee)
