As Managing Partner at Astruc & Co., Romain Astruc drives the firm’s strategic vision and comprehensive legal operations. He specializes in broad generalist advisory across all sectors and fields, including family businesses, innovative start-ups, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), as well as corporations both small and large, successfully delivering robust legal frameworks and strategic growth solutions for a diverse international clientele. With over a decade of extensive regional experience in the United Arab Emirates, he previously managed highly complex business insolvency and corporate structuring cases, and holds distinguished Master’s degrees in Law and Criminology from University Paris XI and Paris II.
Romain Astruc has lived in Dubai and developed know-how, directly or on a management basis, on various other areas of law in the UAE, Oman, KSA, the MENA region, West Africa and Western Europe, including the UK. His field of expertise is wide and several of his clients and colleagues tag him with the nickname “wide-range-lawyer”.
