Employee Visa Registration with Labour Authorities and Immigration

We handle employee visas, work permits, Emirates ID, MOHRE registrations, trade licence renewals and all UAE government portal transactions — so your business stays compliant and your team can focus on running the business.

In-depth description

Running a business in the UAE generates a constant stream of government-facing administrative obligations: employee visa processing and renewals, MOHRE registrations, Emirates ID, trade licence renewals, Ejari updates, vehicle licensing and government approvals. Getting any of these wrong creates compliance exposure, fines or operational disruption.

– We manage the full employee onboarding cycle: entry permit, medical fitness test, Emirates ID registration and residence visa stamping for new hires. – We handle visa renewals, Emirates ID renewals and cancellations for existing staff, ensuring nothing lapses without notice. – We manage MOHRE transactions including employment contract registration and Wage Protection System compliance. – We handle trade licence renewals, chamber of commerce registrations, Ejari updates and other recurring government filings. – We act under Power of Attorney for clients who have left the UAE or who want a fully managed administrative service.

The employee visa process involves multiple government steps. Errors or delays leave staff unable to work legally.

Expired visas and IDs create compliance exposure. We manage renewals proactively so nothing lapses without notice.

Is managing government portals and paperwork slowing you down?

PRO services take the administrative burden off your team. We handle MOHRE, immigration, and all government interactions.

Are you scaling quickly and onboarding multiple employees?

High-volume hiring requires a structured visa and onboarding process. We set up and manage the pipeline end to end.

Frequently asked questions

The employer obtains an entry visa, the employee arrives and undergoes a medical fitness test and Emirates ID registration, then a residence visa is stamped. The full process typically takes two to four weeks. Each employee visa slot requires prior approval from the relevant labour authority.
UAE private companies with 50 or more employees are required to meet annual Emiratisation (local hiring) targets set by the Ministry of Human Resources. Non-compliant companies are subject to financial levies. The targets increase annually and apply to specific professional categories.

Since 2022 labour law reforms, employees can transfer to a new employer without the old employer’s consent after completing their minimum contractual period. Non-compete clauses are permitted but scrutinised. The new employer takes over visa sponsorship, and the process is now more straightforward than under previous law.
Working without a valid work permit is a serious violation in the UAE. The employee faces deportation and a potential re-entry ban. The employer faces fines per unauthorised worker, potential business license suspension, and reputational exposure. Companies must ensure all workers have valid, employer-matching permits.

Yes. Investor visas, partner visas and Golden Visas are available for senior executives, founders and high-skilled professionals meeting eligibility criteria. Some free zones offer specific visa categories for company founders. For key personnel, the right visa category affects their tax residency and long-term security in the UAE.
