Scope of work

• The client presents the original document and the copy to our authorized lawyer.

Signature Attestation (Contracts, POA, Affidavits)

We provide official signature attestation, a service where one of our qualified lawyers or a outsourced public servant such as notary public witnesses an individual signing a document and formally verifies their identity and the authenticity of their signature. This process is vital for preventing fraud and ensuring the legal validity and enforceability of critical documents such as contracts, affidavits, and Powers of Attorney before they are submitted to courts, registries, or other parties.

Scope of work

• The client appears in person before our authorized lawyer.
• The client presents a valid, original photo ID for identity verification.
• The client signs the document in the physical presence of our lawyer.
• Our lawyer then signs and stamps the document, attesting that they witnessed the signature.

Deliverables

• The document with the client’s signature officially attested by our firm.

Embassy & Consulate Legalisation

For documents intended for use in countries not part of the Hague Apostille Convention, we manage the complete embassy and consulate legalisation process. After attestation by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), we handle the final, crucial step of submitting your documents to the specific embassy or consulate of the destination country in the UAE, ensuring they meet the precise requirements for full legal recognition abroad.

Scope of work

• Review the document to ensure it has the prerequisite UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) attestation.
• Submit the document to the specific embassy or consulate of the destination country located in the UAE.
• Manage the payment of consular fees and all follow-up.
• Collect the fully legalized document once the process is complete.

Foreign Document Attestation

This service is essential for making documents issued outside the UAE legally valid for official use within the country. We manage the complex “chain attestation” process, guiding you through the required steps in the document’s country of origin (Foreign Ministry and UAE Embassy) and then handling the final, mandatory attestation by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) upon its arrival, ensuring your document is fully compliant and recognized by all UAE entities.

• Manage the full “chain attestation” process.
